Ing. Jaroslav Charvát, MBA, LL.M.
Born May 5, 1964; in 1982 he graduated from the Vamberk Grammar School,
He graduated from university in 1986. He graduated with an MBA from BSN International (the Action Learning Business School) in 2004. In 2008, he successfully completed an internationally recognized LL.M. Corporate Law program at the Masaryk University Law Faculty validated by Nottingham Trent University (NTU) in Great Britain.
He is a member of the Chamber of Certified Accountants (Executive Accountant), active as Chief Economist, Economic Director, director of small manufacturing organizations (Ltd.) and as an external instructor at J.A. Komensky University, where he teaches economic theory and practice and company financial management.
He has published several academic articles, Company strategy, Determining a path using the Mobius strip (Profit, 8.1. 2007), Small Enterprise Strategy Formation (Controller News, 1/2006), Planning Strategy, Theory and its Benefits for Praxis (Controller News, 4/2006), etc. He published Financial Management for Managers (as a lecturer for EDCONSIA, Ltd.) and Company Strategy for Praxis, Grada Publishing, Prague, 2006. In his applied work, he has specialized in economic theory and financial management. Aside from the above indicated activities, since 2003 it has engaged in mediation, conciliation and arbitration and has been a member since 2008 of the Arbitration Court of the Czech Republic and head of the subsidiary (judicial district) for the Northern Bohemia Region.
