Registration fees include:
- Entry to all conference sections (lectures, posters, exhibition)
- One set of conference materials incl. conference proceedings on a CD Rom
- Welcome party on Monday
- Morning and afternoon refreshments
- Lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday
- Conference dinner on Tuesday
- Technical excursion
Students should send together with the registration form a copy of their student´s ID approved by the school.
Participants from "developing countries" can benefit of the reduced fees until March 1, 2010. Their registration form should be sent together with an official application.
After sending your registration form you will receive the confirmation of your ordered services (fee, lunches, hotel, etc.).
Do not pay for your hotel reservation before you receive the confirmation by ICARIS.
The payment of the conference fee is the precondition for the publishing of full papers in the Conference proceedings.

!!! Information for beneficiary: Name of participant/s
All payments must be free of bank charges to the receiver, i.e. all bank charges for executing the international money transfer should be met by the remitter, including those imposed by the beneficiary's agents (UniCredit Bank Czech Republic a.s., Prague). This should be explicitly stated when authorising the international money transfer order. Possible bank charges arising from your payment will be paid after arrival at the registration desk.

Accepted credit cards are: Visa, EuroCard/MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB
If you wish to pay by credit card, please fill in the Credit Card Payment Form which is attached to the registration form. The signed form should be sent by fax or post, or as a scanned file to ICARIS Conference Management.
Cheques
Cheques are not accepted.
Cancellations and Refunds
The conference secretariat (Romana@icaris.cz) must be notified in writing about any cancellation of the registration.
The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference. The following cancellation conditions will apply:
- Cancellations received by March 26, 2010 - full refund of the registration fee less 30% administrative charge applies
- Cancellations received from March 27, 2010 - no refund
