Cancellation Rules

Cancellation of conference fees

The conference secretariat (ICARIS Ltd., Romana@icaris.cz) must be notified about any cancellation in writing.

Cancellations received till May 30, 2014 - full refund of the registration fee less 1 000 CZK (≈ 40 €) for administrative charge. All refunds will be made after the conference.

Cancellations received after May 30, 2014 - no refund possible.

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge claims against the organizers should the BoPhos 2014 be hindered or prevented by unexpected political and/or economic events, or generally by force majeure, should speakers fail to appear, or the programme is changed from any other reason.

Name changes

If you should be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to the conference secretariat (ICARIS Ltd, Romana@icaris.cz).

Cancellation of accommodation

Cancellation conditions for hotel booking are different from hotel to hotel.

The conference secretariat must be notified in writing about any change or cancellation of the confirmed hotel booking. Changes requested by telephone will not be accepted. Do not contact the hotel directly.

The date on which your written cancellation is received will be considered as the date of cancellation.

All refunds will be made after the conference.
