Accommodation
ICARIS Conference Management offers you a reservation of your accommodation. To secure a hotel reservation, it is necessary to fill in the registration form and to send the corresponding amount to ICARIS account. Prices are in CZK, the VAT is included.
Do not pay for your reservation before you receive the hotel confirmation by ICARIS. Since there is only a limited number of rooms, the reservation will be made on the "first come-first serve" basis. In the case we are not able to fulfil your order (due to an overdrawn capacity of the required hotel) we will offer you an accommodation in another hotel of the same price category.
The amount of a "one night deposit" will be charged as a guaranteed booking. In the case you will make a reservation of a hotel using ICARIS services, you will pay all costs to ICARIS, you will NOT pay in your hotel. There (in the hotel reception) you will pay directly only for parking, phone calls, drinks, bar consumption, etc.
The payment for the first night is the reservation condition, the payment of the balance is possible later also by bank transfer or cash after your arrival at the latest.
Cancellation conditions
It is important to have in mind that even in the case you have paid only the "one-night deposit" (in order to secure your accommodation) than if you will not arrive the cancellation conditions refer to the payment of the WHOLE ordered accommodation!
